Our story
Shalom Skin began with one cream, mixed for a friend with easily irritated skin who was tired of long ingredient lists she could not pronounce. It grew, slowly and on purpose, into a small line of creams and soaps made the same careful way from the start.
We still measure by hand, still cure our soaps for weeks rather than days, and still write out every ingredient in full on the product page. Nothing here is rushed, and nothing is hidden.
Once we confirm your order request, most deliveries arrive within a few days depending on your location. We will always tell you an expected timeframe when we confirm.
Checkout here sends an order request, it does not take payment online. We will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and arrange payment on delivery or by transfer.
If a cream or soap arrives damaged or is not as described, let us know within a few days of delivery and we will sort it out. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened skincare unless it arrived faulty.
Our formulas favour gentle, well-tolerated ingredients like oat, calendula and chamomile. As with any new skincare, we recommend patch testing a small area first, especially if you have known allergies.

Keep creams in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and use clean, dry hands or a spatula to scoop from jars. Let soap bars drain and dry between uses to help them last longer.
